- After making payment, you'll receive a PDF download via email. This document contains a few brief questions: Please email your responses to me as soon as possible.

By purchasing a phone consult / coaching call with Debra May Macleod, you agree to these terms. Twenty-four hours cancellation notice is required for a refund. Telephone consults are on a one-on-one basis: unless otherwise agreed, Debra May Macleod does not do conference calls. Calls may not be recorded by either party without previous written consent. Debra will dial the telephone number you provide at the scheduled time; however, if you do not answer after two attempts, the phone consult is deemed cancelled by you without notice. The purpose of a telephone consult aligns with general coaching principles: you understand and agree that any insights or strategies offered by Debra May Macleod are informational only, and Debra May Macleod cannot be held liable for any act or omission allegedly arising, directly or indirectly, the from use or misuse of information provided.
