Custom Candle Burn Video Download + Optional 20-Minute Chat with Debra

HOW IT WORKS IN 5 STEPS:
Step 1. You purchase a Custom Candle Burn Video + Optional 20-Minute Chat with me (Debra May Macleod). Shortly after purchase, you will receive two documents via email: an Informational PDF Booklet and a Word Document Questionairre (check your spam folder if these don't arrive in a few minutes).
Step 2. After reading through the Informational PDF Booklet, you will thoughtfully answer the questions in the editable Word Document Questionnaire and email the completed questionnaire back to me.
Step 3. Within three to four days of receiving your completed questionnaire, I will perform a Vesta Candle Burn for you according to my strict protocol and rituals. I will then prepare a custom video of the burn. This video will include some of my observations as well as any other information I feel is relevant, including tips on interpreting the burn. Custom candle burn videos are typically around 20 minutes long.
Step 4. I will email you with instructions on how to download your custom video.
Step 5. (Optional) If you wish, you can reach out via email to request a complementary 20-minute phone chat with me. We can discuss how to interpret the candle burn, including my observations or interpretations. Or we can chat Vesta, or your life... or your favorite wine. It's up to you. While some people simply prefer to receive their custom video and proceed privately, others do enjoy receiving my input and perspective.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Each candle burn ritual and video preparation takes me over 3 hours to complete. If someone then wants to chat with me on the phone, that is another 20 minutes or more... for a grand total of at least 3.5 hours of my time. I ask that you are therefore aware of two important things:
1. I love what I do, and I put my heart and soul into each and every candle burn and custom video, but my candle burns are done according to strict ancient-inspired protocol, not individual client expectations. In other words, it is what it is. I cannot guarantee you will be satisfied with the final product or that it will be what you are expecting.
2. I cannot offer refunds. Considering the time and effort I invest into every candle burn and custom video, and considering the prevalence of never-happies and refund abuse, I simply couldn't keep my sanity and good humor doing this if I offered refunds! I trust you can understand this.
